SED Conference

I just finished up a conference/vacation that was filled with so many things, spirituality, love, fun, education, risks, adventures, the list can really go on forever.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Met Atoosa the love of my life, fell in love with her in minutes literally, kid you not!

Workshop on abuse and violence toward women and in the process we did an exercise called fishbowl, where there were two circles an inner circle made of all men and the outer circle all women. We basically learned what men want and what they want women to know. It was very informative. I also learned that women and men are alike emotionally and other than the fact that men are supposed to be a certain way (manly/not emotional), they feel exactly what we feel, react the same way women react (internally).

Possible death ~ I felt like I was almost going to die. I was riding my bike after Atoosa and George and all of a sudden they disappeared. The path became tight, shoulder to shoulder, with branches attacking me on both sides and grass/vegetation that was so high. I barely had enough room to bike properly. We were in a wildlife sanctuary, live alligators everywhere! I kept hearing them jump into the water. I prayed so hard that I wouldn't ride straight into or in front of an alligator. I don't think I have ever been this scared in my whole entire life!
This was after my treacherous bike ride! I can ride my bike fo evaa but it was treachorous because of the alligators all around.

Adventures ~ Canoe's tipping over with vicious snapping turtles and other frightening animals around and a cop pulling us over and requesting to strip search hahaha. He was kidding and hey I had to respond with " I have been known to be sexy" hahaha you should of saw his face. It was hilarious. I think he wanted some May May after that hahahahahahaha! So after my response we drove away with doing a least three things against the law, packing the car with a lot of people, not wearing our seat belts and parking illegally, all while waving by to the Po Po! lol

Luchadore outfits ~ We all sported Mexican wrestler masks. It was hilarious and super fun. The picture below exemplifies that!

Relaxed, I don't think I ever felt this relaxed, like I did in FLORIDA! JACUZZI!

Beautiful weather 70 Degrees and above!

30 Good Minutes

30 Good Minutes is a show on PBS. I adore this show right now because it encompasses all that religion should be. Accepting of all faiths and basking in our similarities and focuses on peace and love. This show truly makes me happy. Please take a look at the link below if you have a chance. I was having an awful day a few months back and I put on channel 11 and I swear it felt like that show was focused on exactly what I was going through and it made me smile and suck it up. I'm sure it would do the same for you.

Please check it out, it's AWESOME! : )

Taking Risks

Lately I've been taking some interesting risks! There are still more decisions to be made and more risks to take on, especially this coming year! I'm really excited about it actually, a little scared but mostly excited. You know the areas that I'm talking about, career/job. That seems to be the scariest place to take risks because of security. I really like security, knowing that I am going to have a check next week but lately I've been a tad bored. Don't get me wrong here my job is very interesting but after you get to a place where you learned the maximum you start to get bored. I get to do some cool and interesting things like work hand and hand with the Presidents Office and view and report major bodily injury incidents but after a while it gets old. I realized I need to move on, take a risk, work for a company that rocks my face off. lol

I'm sure you've all been through this terrifying time where it's time to make a decision but you are soooo comfortable where you are and that somewhere else is unfamiliar territory. I know scary! : ) I have to make this big decision but I want to make sure I am ready before I make the big and ground shaking life change.

Love and prayer is always accepted here : )

LOVE!

PRAYER! AAAAAHHHHH now didn't that feel good : )

Skirt that turns into a coke machine!

A Japanese designer came up with turning a skirt into a coke machine to ward off possible attackers. This skirt cost a big 400 lbs. Well in Japan vending machines are on every corner, so I can see the practicality in it. But unfortunately if you turn into a coke machine you probably will get more likely to be attacked lol.
Although this is a cute idea I can't imagine it 1. working and 2. me paying around $800 USD for it! What do you guys think? Do you think this can actually protect you from possible assailants!

New and shiny blog

My first post. I'd like to start by acknowledging how grateful I am for the strong amazing women I am around that make me sooo happy. You know who you are!

Secondly, even though at times I resented the life lessons that I learned. I am now very appreciative that I even had to go through them. I learned a lot!

Last thing, I went to a seminar last weekend and learned Subconscious Attraction Technique and afterward I was able to help my mom move her arm with this technique, she hasn't moved it for 4 years mind you! Now she has almost perfect use of her arm!!! I'M SOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

Yayyy for helping people/family!!! YOU MIGHT BE NEXT! hehehehehehehe
